Burning Crab Festival 2026 is set to welcome the New Year with one of Bangladesh’s most immersive seaside celebrations.Hosted at Mermaid Beach Resort. The three-day festival blends music, culture, cuisine, and fire along the shores of Cox’s Bazar.

Running from December 31, 2025 to January 2, 2026, the event invites guests to step into 2026 through sound,movement,and coastal energy. With a curated lineup of performances and experiences, Burning Crab positions itself as more than a party. It’s a New Year’s destination ritual.

Burning Crab Festival curates sunset-to-sunrise soundscapes led by DJs and live performers. Alongside electronic music, the festival highlights Baul spirit sessions
inspired by Lalon Shah.

Traditional and indigenous performances from coastal and hill tracts communities add cultural depth. Nature-inspired art installations transform the beachfront into a moving visual space.

🔥 Fire Shows, Food Experiences, and NYE Moments

Visual elements define the festival’s identity. Expect Moon Boat Pyro shows, fire spinners,and synchronized fireworks over the sea.

Food plays a central role. Guests can explore ocean-fresh seafood and reimagined Bangladeshi cuisine. VIP ticket holders receive an exclusive multi-course seaside lunch by Chef Inara, a New York–trained chef known for Southeast Asian fusion.
