Manchester Derby to Dhaka becomes a reality this weekend as Clockend brings football, comedy and music together at Lakeshore Grand.
X-Force and Clockend EXP will turn the Manchester United–Manchester City clash into a complete matchday experience at Lakeshore Grand this weekend.
Dhaka’s football enthusiasts will be able to experience the Manchester Derby beyond the usual television on Dhaka’s first ever live club football screening Clockend: The Manchester Derby Unlocked on Sunday, September 13, 2026.
Organized by X-Force in collaboration with Clockend EXP, the event brings together a live football screening, competitive gaming, stand-up comedy, music, food and a curated marketplace. It is designed as a premium Premier League matchday experience for the city’s football community.
For local supporters, the programme offers a communal alternative to watching the fixture at home.
The event will take place at Lakeshore Grand in Gulshan, Dhaka. At the centre of the programme is a massive big-screen broadcast of Manchester United versus Manchester City, one of the Premier League’s most closely followed fixtures.
A Full Matchday Programme
Bringing the Manchester Derby to Dhaka, Clockend is building an entire evening around the fixture rather than offering only a screening.
Clockend is building an entire evening around the derby rather than offering only a screening.
Before the match begins, comedian Sharar Shayor will perform a live stand-up routine. His pre-match appearance will introduce the entertainment programme before attention shifts to the action on the screen.
Once the derby ends, musician and DJ Readhwan will lead the post-match socials with a live music set. The programme allows supporters to stay at the venue after the final whistle, regardless of which side takes the result.
The evening’s announced activities include:
- A big-screen screening of Manchester United versus Manchester City
- An FC26 Tribute Tournament with prizes and rewards
- Pre-match stand-up comedy by Sharar Shayor
- Post-match socials and a DJ set by Readhwan
- A curated marketplace featuring local vendors
- Football merchandise, apparel and food stalls
The FC26 Tribute Tournament
The FC26 Tribute Tournament will add competitive gaming to the experience of bringing the Manchester Derby to Dhaka. Participants will be able to represent their skills in a fast-paced football gaming competition before the real teams meet on screen.
According to the event information, winners will receive exclusive prizes and sponsor-supported rewards. Registration availability, tournament slots and bracket updates are being managed through Clockend’s official event platforms.
The organizers have not provided further public details about the tournament format in the information shared. Interested players should therefore check the official platform for confirmed registration updates rather than relying on unofficial listings.
A Marketplace for Football Culture
A dedicated pop-up marketplace will operate alongside the screening and entertainment programme.
The marketplace is expected to feature local brands offering custom football merchandise, apparel and other items connected to football culture. Food vendors will also be present at the venue, giving attendees options throughout the event.
By combining shopping, gaming and live performances, The Manchester Derby Unlocked expands the programme beyond the 90 minutes on the pitch. It creates a shared setting where supporters can meet, compete and experience the Manchester Derby in Dhaka together.
