Entertainment Network India Limited, which runs the Mirchi brand in the U.S., has announced the debut of its streaming app.
The app is available for download on Apple and Android smartphones. Also on Android Auto and Apple Car Play systems. This app features live FM stations from 11 Indian cities, but more cities will add soon.
The city-wide local streams provide a convenient shortcut for the expat population living in the United States. Because the feeds have now been modified to reflect local day parts.
The app will also have an on-demand option that comprises hundreds of hours of curated “audio stories.” It’s spanning many genres and is voiced by famous personalities.
Mirchi’s reach expands from local terrestrial radio stations in the United States to an “on-demand & always on the App experience.” The app formalizes this listener relationship by providing marketers and advertisers with tailored digital advertising possibilities for radio listeners.

Mirchi is a popular radio station in India. 98.3 Mirchi is another name for Radio Mirchi. In India, it is a countrywide network of private FM radio stations. It is owned by EntertainmentNetwork India Ltd (ENIL), one of The Times Group’s companies. Mirchi is the Hindi word for red chilies.
